History

The Commonwealth of Greater Rhovanion was initially going to be a unified state consisting of the Third Kingdom of Dale, Durin's Folk and Dorwinion. However, it was clear this would not be the case after Dorwinion was forced into joining the Greater Rhunic Empire under threat of invasion and King Fundin of the dwarves disappeared once more. The Third Kingdom of Dale therefore rebranded itself and its new territories in the East Bight, Rhovanion and North Dorwinion as the Commonwealth.
